Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Milanolegacy account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
